We will do our best to ship in-stock parts on the same day, but please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Sometimes items may need to be special ordered, which depending on the part can take 5-30 days to get from an outside vendor. Many large or heavy items (e.g. roof racks, bumpers, etc.) may be shipped directly from the supplier. We only sell products we believe in, and we only work with suppliers who can handle our orders promptly.

Since we source our parts from a wide range of warehouses across the country, the parts you order will likely arrive individually. We make every effort to consolidate parts when possible.

Email us! Your email documenting the problem (damage claim, wrong parts shipped, parts shipped but missing, etc.) will be immediately sent to management for priority handling. Please do not attempt to repair or install the parts as it may affect the ability to return.

If you receive a damaged part, you must contact us within 48 hours to file a damage claim for a replacement. Only after claims are finalized with the shipper will we send out the replacement parts. We also require the customer to send back the damaged parts first before shipping out the new set.

We handle returns fairly. In most cases, shipping charges incurred will not be refunded, unless the return is due to our own fault, such as sending an incorrect product. If the return is initiated by the customer for reasons not attributable to YDS, such as the customer deciding they no longer want the product, the customer will pay for return shipping. A restocking fee may be charged if items are not resellable as new or returnable to suppliers. Restocking fees typically range from 10-25%. For items with free shipping, please note that YDSAutoParts has paid to ship it to you, so the actual outgoing freight charge will not be refunded.
